Full storefront replacement for a retail tenant in a New Kingston commercial strip. Three large fixed glass panels, two double-entry doors, transom panels above for branding.
Brief
The existing storefront was an outdated aluminum system with small panes. The new tenant wanted maximum visibility into the showroom and a clean facade for branded signage above the doors.
What we installed
- 50mm commercial aluminum profile system, black powder-coated
- 10mm laminated safety glass (code requirement for commercial entries)
- Two pairs of double-glazed glass entry doors with floor springs
- Transom panels above each door, frosted band for branding
Timeline
Coordinated around the tenant’s fit-out schedule. Three weeks from approved quote to install, four days on site for the full install and finishing.
