These terms cover use of framecraftglass.com and the services FrameCraft Glass provides.

Quotes

Estimates given through the site, by phone, or over WhatsApp are based on the information you give us at that point. Final pricing comes after a site visit to confirm exact measurements and conditions. Until you have a written quote and we have agreement in writing or by signed contract, no work is committed.

Workmanship warranty

Every installation carries a one-year workmanship warranty. If the install itself fails because of how we did it (sealant failure caused by our work, frame separation, panel coming loose, that sort of thing), we come back and fix it at no charge inside that twelve month window.

The warranty does not cover damage from impact, weather events, manufacturer defects in the glass or hardware (those go back through the supplier’s own warranty), normal wear, or changes someone else made to our work afterwards.

Measurements

What you submit through the quote form, or tell us by phone, is a starting point. Exact dimensions are confirmed on site before any fabrication begins. If site conditions turn out to be materially different from what was described, pricing may be revised before work starts.

Deposits and payment

For most jobs we ask for a deposit before fabrication begins, with the balance due on completion of installation. Specific terms are spelled out in the written quote for each job.

Site access

You are responsible for giving us reasonable access to the work area on the scheduled installation day. If we arrive and cannot get in, a rescheduling fee may apply.

Liability

We work carefully. FrameCraft Glass is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from our work, beyond the value of the work itself.
