Sliding windows are our bread and butter. Most residential jobs in Jamaica include them, and the difference between a good install and a bad one is everything: water-tight seals, smooth tracks, frames that stay square year after year in coastal humidity.
What we install
Two- and three-track sliding window systems with aluminum frames in black, white, bronze or natural finish. Standard 5mm or 6mm clear glass, with frosted, tinted, tempered or laminated options where you want them. Mosquito mesh and burglar bars available as add-ons.
Our approach
We fabricate every frame in our own shop, sized to the actual opening measured on site (not whatever the architect’s drawing said). That means clean fitment, no gaps to chase with sealant, no rattling tracks. Installation is a same-day job for most residential houses.
