Eight large sliding windows across the front of the house, replacing aging timber frames that had warped over the years. The owner wanted aluminum for the longevity and lower maintenance, with clear 6mm tempered glass for both safety and the view.
Brief
Four bedrooms and the main living room facing the garden, all needing window replacement before a planned interior renovation. The existing frames were too far gone to refurbish.
What we installed
- Eight aluminum sliding window units (two-track configuration), bronze finish
- 6mm clear tempered glass throughout
- Integrated mosquito mesh on all units
- New sills and trim where required
Timeline
Site visit + measure: half a day. Fabrication: ten days. Install: one full day plus a half-day finishing pass.
